I read a short essay by David Senior, found here. S.R. Ranganathan, quoted in Senior’s essay, was concerned that understanding of knowledge would be limited as long as humans were bound to the linear, i.e. ‘space-time,’ conception of space. He implies that multidimensional spacial knowledge is required to facilitate a notation capable of representing infinite complex classifications. The highlighted function is my simple attempt to illustrate how such a level of understanding can be achieved without attaching additional elements.

I’m getting read for a show in one of the school galleries next week. The prints on the right are material tests, and the ones on the left are messy up close. I can’t quite get it right.
